Cancellation policy.
At Tight, we totally value flexibility, but our cancellation policy is not! We want to maintain a positive and fair environment for all our clients and instructors. When you reserve a spot in class, we commit to paying our fabulous instructors. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows can prevent others from joining the fun, so we appreciate your understanding.
8-Hour Cancellation Policy
Life can be busy, and we get that! That’s why we’ve established an 8-hour cancellation policy to make things easy for you:
Cancel 8 hours in advance : No fee; you keep your class credit.
Late Cancellation (less than 8 hours) : $18 fee; you keep your class credit.
No-Show : $18 fee; you lose your class credit.
For our Ride or Die Monthly Membership holders (30 classes):
Late Cancellation : $10 fee; you lose your class credit.
No-Show : $18 fee; you lose your class credit.
Quick Note : A late cancel is a late cancel, and we won’t be able to make exceptions or accommodate personal stories to avoid any awkward moments. 😊

Other Things You Need to Know :
Switching Classes : If you need to switch classes during the late cancellation period, there will be an $18 fee , regardless of membership type.
Late Arrival : If you arrive more than 5 minutes late , we won’t be able to allow entry into the class for safety reasons and to respect other clients. Late arrivals miss the warm-up, which is crucial for your safety, and can distract those who arrived on time. If you arrive after the 5-minute mark, you’ll be treated as a ‘late cancel.’
If you need to cancel, just remember to do it at least 8 hours beforehand through our online system or the app. We don’t accept cancellations via phone, text, or email to keep everything organized and fair for everyone.
