The public parking is just $0.50 per hour. Park in the designated spaces and enter our studio through the back door. We look forward to seeing you!

Oh, darling, while we love a good rendezvous, we can’t play matchmaker with your belongings! We encourage all clients to keep a close eye on their personal items. We do have a lost and found, but it’s cleaned out every Friday—so if you happen to misplace something, reach out to us ASAP! Timing is everything!

Absolutely! We believe in making a connection before diving into anything serious. That’s why we offer fabulous introductory classes—perfect for getting to know our studio. Choose from a single class for just $18 or really get to know us with 5 classes for $118. You have three whole months to explore before deciding whether to keep it casual or take your Pilates journey exclusive.

Participants must be 18 and over and are required to wear grip socks to ensure stability during your Pilates moves. If you have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting with our team ahead of time. With a variety of classes to choose from, be sure to read the class descriptions to select the perfect match for your experience.

For optimal results, consistency is key! While we recommend attending class regularly, the frequency also depends on your individual goals and other activities you’re incorporating alongside your Pilates practice. Stay proactive and let’s keep you moving toward your fitness goals!

Yes, it’s absolutely safe! Staying active and keeping your body moving is essential for overall health. The beauty of Pilates is its versatility—you can always modify exercises if you're feeling sore. Just remember to listen to your body and enjoy the journey!

We have an 8-Hour Cancellation Policy in place to ensure fairness. If you cancel less than 8 hours before your class, there’s an $18 late cancellation fee, but you’ll keep your class credit. No-shows will incur an $18 fee, and the class credit will be lost.
If you have our special monthly membership of 30 classes:
Late Cancellation : $10 fee plus you will lose your class credit.
No-Show : $18 fee plus you will lose your class credit.

Joining a waitlist means you’re expressing interest in attending the class. If a spot becomes available pre-late cancellation, you’ll be automatically added to the session. If that period has passed, it’s first come, first served! Everyone on the waitlist will get a text notification, and the first person to respond will secure their spot. Our system automatically books the next client on the waitlist if a spot opens, and if their payment fails, it moves on to the next person in line. You can see your position on the waitlist, but remember that after the cut-off time, clients will not receive automatic notifications. If a spot opens up after this, we’ll send an SMS to everyone on the waitlist—it's a game of “fastest fingers first!”

We understand that life can sometimes throw us a curveball, but arriving on time (or even a bit early!) helps keep our flow smooth and the vibe just right. If you arrive later than 5 minutes after the class starts, the doors will close for safety, and you’ll be marked as a ‘late cancel.’ Arrive at least 5 minutes early to settle in and soak up the energy before class starts!

Absolutely! If you need to switch classes, text us or dm us on the app. However, please note that there will be an $18 fee for switching.

Cancelling your class is super easy! Just head to our website or use our studio app. It only takes a few seconds! Please note that we can’t process cancellations via phone calls, texts, or emails.

Classes have an expiration date for a reason—we want to keep you motivated! Our "Let’s Get Acquainted" introductory offers are valid for three months, giving you the chance to explore and decide on a package or membership. If you find yourself unexpectedly injured or heading out on vacation, please let us know as soon as possible; don’t wait until your classes expire. For casual packages, which are valid for 6 months, any unused classes will be lost after that period.

Oh, darling, the early bird gets the best spot! You can typically book classes up to one month in advance. If you're looking for a no-fuss way to ensure your place, we also offer a recurring spot for a small fee. Secure your Pilates love for the entire year and never worry about missing out!
