Book 'Not-So-Basic' for your first class — it's all levels and your instructor will make sure you know the machine. Wear workout clothes and grip socks (we sell them if you don't have any).

Full-body, all levels. We recommend this for visit #1. Your instructor makes sure you understand the machine before the real fun starts. Don't worry — it still makes you shake.
