We Get It — Starting Is The Hardest Part

"I've never used a Reformer before."

Neither had most of our clients on their first day. The reformer looks complex — but we set everything up for you. Your instructor demonstrates every exercise before you do it, adjusts your springs, and guides your form hands-on. By the 10-minute mark, you'll feel like you've been doing this for months.

"I'm not flexible / fit / strong enough."

That's exactly why you're here. Pilates meets you where you are — every exercise can be modified for your body. Our 'Not-So-Basic' class is built for all levels. You don't need to be fit to start. You need to start to get fit.

"I'll be the only beginner in class."

We welcomed 46 new visitors last month. Our classes always have a mix of levels. And honestly — everyone is too focused on their own shake to notice yours.

"What if I can't keep up?"

Then you rest. And then you try again. Zero pressure, zero judgement. Your instructor is there for you — not for the person next to you. This is your 45 minutes.

Your First Visit — Step By Step

01

Before You Arrive

Book a 'Not-So-Basic' or 'Strength & Restore' class — both welcome complete beginners. Wear comfortable workout clothes. Bring grip socks if you have them (we sell them for $15 too). That's it.

02

When You Walk In (10 min early)

We greet you by name. You fill out a quick waiver. Your instructor shows you the studio, walks you through the reformer — what the springs do, how to position yourself, where to put your feet. Deep breath. You've got this.

03

During Class (45 min)

Your instructor demonstrates every exercise before the class does it. They adjust your springs. They correct your form with encouraging, clear cues. The music is great, the energy is positive, and somewhere around minute 20 — you'll start shaking. That's the Tati Tone. That means it's working.

04

After Class

High fives. That 'I actually did it' feeling. Your instructor checks in — how did it feel? Sore tomorrow? That means it worked. Most first-timers book their next class before they leave.

"Only 10 reformers per class. Beginner-friendly classes fill up fast — especially mornings and weekends. Secure your spot now."

FAQ

What's a Reformer?

A Pilates machine with adjustable springs that create resistance. It looks intimidating at first — but it's actually more comfortable and supportive than mat Pilates. We set it up for you and guide every movement.

Do I need to be flexible?

Not at all. Flexibility is something you build through Pilates — it's not a prerequisite.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes and grip socks. We sell grip socks for $15 if you need a pair.

Can I do Pilates with injuries or during pregnancy?

Many of our clients started because of injuries. 'Strength & Restore' is specifically designed for recovery and pregnancy. Let your instructor know before class.

Is there any commitment?

None. $18 for one class, no strings. Fall in love at your own pace.
